Phoenix Room is the warm one, around 80°F. Enough to loosen up and breathe all the way down. Not a sauna, promise.
Lotus Room stays cool. Yin, Nidra, and the slower classes live there.
Booking, and changing your mind
Book right here or in the app. Life happens — there’s no fee to cancel, just do it so someone on the waitlist gets your spot. If you book and don’t show, there’s a no-show fee.
On the waitlist? You’ll get bumped in automatically and we’ll ping you. If you can’t make it anymore, hop off so the next person can.
Getting here
Doors open 15 minutes before class. First time? Come at the front of that window and we’ll get you settled.
Parking in Juanita Village is easy and close. We’ve got mats and props. Bring water.
