About Arise

A studio built on purpose.

Arise is a deliberate response to what’s missing in wellness spaces — a place to practice, return, and belong.

A Note from Brianna

Why this studio.

I built Arise after a season that broke me open. Years of high-pressure leadership, identity shifts, and the kind of overwhelm that lives in the body taught me something the wellness industry rarely names: nervous-system regulation isn’t a luxury. It’s the work.

Arise exists because most studios still optimize for the wrong things — metrics over humans, performance over practice, aesthetics over depth. I wanted to build a space where structure and soul coexist. Where teachers are valued, not interchangeable. Where every body moves differently, and that’s the point.

This is a place to practice. A place to return. A place where you are known, not counted.

The Foundation

Three things we hold true.

Every choice we make — from the room temperature to the music, from the schedule to the way teachers are supported — is rooted in these.

i.

Movement.

Movement here isn’t performance. It’s listening. Exploring. Responding. Heat supports resilience, mobility, and presence. Strength and softness both belong. All of it counts.

ii.

Rhythm.

Rhythm guides the nervous system, not just the body. Breath leads. Music carries. Sound is intentional — global, textured, lived-in. You move with it, not against it.

iii.

Community.

Arise is a space to practice together. You are known here. Practice extends beyond the mat — into how we show up for each other, in this room and beyond it.

What’s Different

A space that operates on what it says.

  • i.

People are treated like humans, not metrics. No upsell scripts. No churn dashboards calling the shots.

  • ii.

Teachers are valued. Hand-selected, deeply trained, trusted to teach with autonomy — not from a script.

  • iii.

Music tells a story. Global, textured, intentional. Woven into the practice, not layered on top.

  • iv.

Inclusivity is operationalized, not marketed. Built into pricing, programming, and how we hire — not a banner.

  • v.

The room is alive. Two magnolias. A living wall in the lobby. Plants from the ceiling. The space breathes with you.

  • vi.

Structure and soul coexist. Premium operations. Real practice. Both at once.

Come as you are. Move as you need.

The best way to understand Arise is to practice here.
