The Practice

Pick your practice.

Every body moves differently. Find the rhythm, heat, stillness, or depth that resonates.

i.

Move Strongly.

Build heat, resilience, and strength.

Power Vinyasa

Where effort meets discipline.

Standing sequences, balancing postures, peak shapes, and inversions when ready — built into a flow that moves with intention rather than urgency. Pace, peak, and creative arc are shaped by the teacher leading. Expect heat, focused breath, and full-body strength work across the hour. For practitioners who want to be challenged without being rushed, and who understand that precision matters more than speed. You’ll leave warm, clear-headed, and worked.

Bhakti

Devotion in motion.

A flow practice held inside live music — harmonium, percussion, voice, sometimes mantra — woven through the class rather than performed at it. Movement is steady and full-bodied; the sound carries the rest. For practitioners drawn to the older roots of yoga, and for anyone curious what a flow class feels like with music holding it. You don’t need to know the chants. Show up open.

Ashtanga

Not choreography. Method.

The Primary Series — a fixed sequence of postures linked by breath, repeated each class so the structure becomes familiar. Standing poses, seated forward folds, hip openers, backbends, and a closing sequence, always in the same order. You move at your own pace within the form. For practitioners who want a defined practice to return to, a baseline to measure against, and the depth that only comes from repetition. Bring a willingness to be a beginner again. The discipline does the rest.

ii.

Move Steadily.

Breath-led, intentional flow.

Vinyasa

Movement guided by breath.

A balanced flow class — warming sequences, standing postures, hip and shoulder openers, and a grounded close. Pace, music, and creative arc shift with the teacher leading. Strong enough to challenge experienced practitioners. Approachable enough that someone six classes in can keep up. The class most members come back to.

Hatha Vinyasa

Steady. Grounded. Intentional.

A slower flow with longer holds — postures held five to ten breaths instead of one or two, with time built in for alignment cues, prop use, and subtle adjustments. The pace lets you feel where you actually are in a shape, not just where it’s supposed to look. For practitioners working on a stubborn pose, building strength they can’t access in a faster flow, or simply preferring more time to settle. You’ll leave clearer than when you walked in.

Fusion Vinyasa

Tradition, expanded.

A vinyasa-rooted class that doesn’t stay traditional. Each Fusion belongs to the teacher leading — one might weave in live instrumentation, another weighted work, another dance-inspired transitions, sound healing, breathwork, or something we haven’t taught yet. Where it goes is the teacher’s. For practitioners who want vinyasa as a starting point, not a ceiling. Come open. Expect to be surprised. Check the schedule to see who’s leading; no two Fusion classes are alike.

iii.

Move Gently.

Slow down and restore.

Yin

Slow is powerful.

Floor-based shapes held for three to five minutes — long enough to reach connective tissue and the parasympathetic nervous system, not muscle. Supported by props. Held in low light. For desk-bound professionals, athletes recovering from training, hypermobile practitioners learning to stop overreaching, and anyone whose nervous system needs to come down before the week starts again. Yin is not about stretching further. It’s about softening wisely.

Fusion Yin

Stillness, expanded.

Yin, opened up to the teacher’s hand. The long-held floor shapes stay — that’s Yin — but everything around them shifts class to class: live sound, guided breathwork, scent, curated music, instrumentation you didn’t expect. One Fusion Yin won’t feel like the next. For practitioners who love Yin and want it immersive, and for anyone who tried Yin once and found the silence harder than the postures. Check the schedule to see who’s leading; no two Fusion Yin classes are alike.

iv.

Move with Confidence.

Strength, mobility, and movement for daily life.

Foundational Vinyasa

The architecture of flow.

Warming sequences broken down step by step, key postures introduced with alignment cues and prop options, and a closing seated practice — taught at a deliberate pace so the building blocks of flow are learned well. For those new to vinyasa, returning to the mat after time away, or experienced practitioners refining the basics that support every other class. The basics are the practice. Everything builds from here.

Stability Vinyasa

Less depth. More support.

A slower, strength-based vinyasa for bodies that move easily but don’t always feel supported. Smaller ranges of motion, controlled transitions, and targeted prop work — built to develop joint stability, muscular engagement, and the integrity that flexibility alone doesn’t provide. For hypermobile practitioners, those working around past injury, and anyone building strength within their flow. The work is refinement, not pushing.

Longevity

Strength with perspective.

Functional strength, joint stability, and full-range mobility — built with blocks, straps, bands, and myofascial release tools across all three planes of movement. Less about working harder, more about working in the directions and ranges most practices ignore. For desk-bound professionals with stiff hips and forward shoulders, athletes wanting to stay durable past forty, and anyone working around long-standing imbalances or recovering from injury. You’ll leave moving better, not just feeling worked.

Sculpt-lates

Strength, from every angle.

A strength class that pulls from multiple disciplines — yoga shapes, light weights, sliders, and precise floor sequences — layered into one hour. Each teacher builds the mix differently: one class might lean weighted, another mat-based, another more yoga-rooted. Expect repetition, time under tension, and focused work that targets what a flow class doesn’t reach. Designed for practitioners who want to build strength alongside their yoga, and for anyone looking for a strength class that breathes. You’ll leave shaking, focused, and clear.

Sculpt-lates Reset

Build heat. Then settle.

An extended Sculpt-lates with a closing reset. The strength work — yoga shapes, light weights, sliders, precise floor sequences — gives way in the final portion to guided recovery and stillness, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate after the effort. For anyone who wants the full Sculpt-lates effect and the wind-down to actually feel it. You’ll leave worked, and restored.

Move Through Life.

Practice through transition — pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Prenatal & Postnatal

Support through change.

A movement class shaped around the changes of pregnancy and recovery — pelvic floor connection, hip and shoulder mobility, functional strength, and breath patterns that translate to labor and the months after. Modifications offered for every trimester and postpartum stage. You don’t need to power through anything that doesn’t feel right. Show up where you are, every time.

Pregnancy Circle

Community + conversation.

A monthly facilitated circle — no movement, no agenda beyond the conversation itself. Topics shift with the group: the parts of pregnancy and postpartum that don’t come up at the OB, the choices nobody warned you about, the questions that feel too small to ask anyone else. Tea, soft seating, and an hour with women in the same season. Open to anyone pregnant, postpartum, or somewhere in between.

Baby & Me

Move, connect, and be.

A space for you and your baby to move, connect, and simply be — without pressure or expectation. Gentle movement for you, moments of interaction with your baby, and flexibility for the unpredictability of this stage of life. Feeding, changing, and pausing are always welcome.
