What to expect

Release what the week left in you. Then stay.

Stress and old compensatory patterns leave the body bound up, drained, sometimes in pain. Self-myofascial release mobilizes and hydrates tissue, eases tension, releases trigger points, and helps unwind those patterns. Lara opens with a few softening Yin poses to settle the nervous system, then works head to toe with SMFR balls and blocks — what fascia is, how it limits range of motion, and why release belongs in a self-care routine.

At 7:45 the mats roll up and the kettle goes on. Forty-five minutes of tea, something to nibble, and the chance to talk to the people you’ve been practicing next to. No agenda. Come as you are — any age, experience, or fitness level.
