The Whole Cat & Kaboodle brings a litter of adoptable kittens to the studio and lets them loose. You do a gentle, all-levels flow around them. They will sit on your mat during child’s pose, bat at your hair in forward fold, and fall asleep on your stomach in savasana. Nobody is going to correct your alignment. Bring your phone.
Every kitten in the room is looking for a home, and 60% of what you pay goes to their foster care and adoption. If one picks you, The Whole Cat & Kaboodle will be on hand to talk through adoption. Come as you are, no experience needed. Please leave strong scents at home, and let us know ahead of time about cat allergies.
